If we have to heal the wounds of past , we have to consciously come out of it. Past is there to teach us lessons to face world in a better way in future. Thank the past for the lessons learnt and don’t hold on to things that make you sad. We just have to erase the messages, delete the numbers, and move on. You can’t reach for anything new if your hands are still full of yesterday’s junk. Remember that a great future doesn’t require a great past. Have daily affirmation that the past has no power over me. I know that it is over, and I solely live in the present. If you want yourself healed , don’t think and remain in the past but try to live fully in the present. You secure your future by your present deeds unaffected by the past and also unaffected by the worries of the future.
