We are on a life journey. Take life as as a process, not a one time event. When you make a change in your life, there are lots of small adaptations to be made. It takes time to process and adjust to those changes .This is a continuous process , so be patient with yourself. Change the way you think about change. Try to see it in a positive light. Life is all about change. Sometimes it’s painful; sometimes it’s beautiful. But most of the time it is both. There’s no point stressing over things that can’t be changed. Change the things you can, and choose to let go of the rest. as you change yourself , you discover new aspects about “who you are”, your life, interests, skills and personality. Changes develop your inner strength and the resolve to persevere opening up new doors of opportunity. It shakes up what is routine, and is boring in your life and makes you a more interesting person. You have to take some efforts. You cannot change what you refuse to confront. Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry as our journey continually changes, as it changes us.
