If you don’t like something, change it

Change is a difficult process for some just as communicating is difficult. If you just complain expecting a different outcome, you will be stressed at being disappointed. Don’t be afraid to discuss (and sometimes argue) your ideas, but in the end, remember that the other human being is just as important as you are and deserves your respect.
