We must all remember that society and the ever-changing media world has set standards for physical beauty that are often unrealistic and is sometimes publicized in photo-shopped versions that are unattainable for most. I have seen many young people, both male and female, develop deep feelings of inadequacy because they are fixated on living up to the illusions that they are exposed to daily.
